Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Waivd handles refunds for paid access. It is written to use a clear refund window with no conflicting plan-specific carveouts.

Last updated April 14, 2026

1. General policy

Waivd offers a 14-day refund window for paid purchases. If you request a refund within 14 days of the original transaction date, or within 14 days of a subscription renewal charge, you may request a full refund for that transaction.

2. Monthly subscriptions

If you are billed for a monthly subscription, you may request a refund for that charge within 14 days of the transaction date. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals, but does not itself cancel charges that have already occurred. Refund requests for completed charges must still be made within the 14-day refund window.

3. Annual plans

Annual plans are also covered by the same 14-day refund window. If you request a refund within 14 days of the annual transaction date, you may request a full refund for that charge.

4. Lifetime access

Lifetime purchases are one-time purchases and are covered by the same 14-day refund window. If you request a refund within 14 days of the transaction date, you may request a full refund for that charge.

5. After the refund window

After the 14-day refund window has passed, refunds are generally not available except where required by law or where a billing issue needs to be corrected.

Examples may include:

  • duplicate charges;
  • accidental multiple purchases of the same plan;
  • incorrect billing caused by a technical or payment-processing error;
  • other situations where a refund is required by law.

6. How to request a refund

Refund requests related to Paddle purchases can be started through Paddle's buyer support flow at paddle.net, or through the billing support contact associated with your purchase confirmation.

7. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, contact the billing channel associated with your purchase before filing a dispute where possible. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute may result in suspension of paid access while the matter is reviewed.

8. Processing refunds

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method when possible. Processing times depend on the payment method, payment provider, and your financial institution.
