1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Waivd, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must use Waivd only in compliance with applicable law and only for lawful fantasy sports, league-management, and informational purposes.

2. What Waivd provides

Waivd is a fantasy football platform focused on roster decisions, league analysis, and commissioner workflows. Features currently include account-based access, Sleeper account connection, synced league views, premium decision-support tools, commissioner utilities, and public league pages created by users.

Waivd is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sleeper, the NFL, or any fantasy platform, team, or league operator unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your login details secure.

Waivd may offer additional security controls such as two-factor authentication. If you are given access to those controls, you are responsible for configuring them properly and for maintaining access to your authentication device.

4. Platform connections and user content

If you connect a Sleeper account, you authorize Waivd to retrieve and process the league, roster, membership, and profile data needed to provide product functionality. You represent that you have the right to connect that account and to use the related data inside Waivd.

You are responsible for any content you submit or publish through Waivd, including league page text, payout structures, dues information, payment links, bug reports, and any other user-provided material. You may not upload unlawful, defamatory, infringing, deceptive, or malicious content.

5. Trade market aggregation

When you connect a Sleeper league to Waivd, the completed trades from that league — including roster assignments, players, picks, and timestamps already visible inside Sleeper — are stored in Waivd's trade market database. This aggregated, non-sensitive league data is used to power tools like trade comparisons, market trends, and historical pricing across the Waivd user base. We do not include personal account data, payment information, or any content outside of what Sleeper already exposes for league members.

6. Paid plans and billing

Waivd may offer free and paid access tiers, including recurring and one-time plans. Paid features may change over time as the product evolves. Prices shown on the site are subject to change prospectively, and any taxes or processor-imposed charges may be added where required.

Access to paid features is tied to the active billing state on your account. If a payment is canceled, reversed, refunded, or fails, Waivd may suspend or remove access to the affected paid features.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use Waivd to:

• reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract product data except as permitted by law;
• interfere with the service, security features, or availability of the platform;
• impersonate another person, admin, or league participant;
• use the platform to send spam, malicious links, or fraudulent payment requests;
• resell or provide shared account access without written permission.

8. Availability and product changes

Waivd is an evolving software product. Features may be added, modified, limited, or removed at any time. We do not guarantee that any specific feature, integration, plan structure, or historical data view will remain available indefinitely.

9. Disclaimers

Waivd provides software tools and informational outputs for fantasy football decision-making. It does not provide financial, legal, tax, investment, or gambling advice. Projections, rankings, trade values, waiver recommendations, lineup guidance, and league-health indicators are provided for informational use only and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waivd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, league fees, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.

11. Termination

You may stop using Waivd at any time. Waivd may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, create security risk, or fail to pay for paid access when required.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted on this page, unless a later effective date is stated.
